Description of the activity

Yggdrasiltunet - Is a privately owned farm hotel which is idyllically situated on the island of Kvaløya, 45 minutes from the centre of Tromsø. This is an activity for guests who are not staying overnight at the hotel. Our hotel guests order dinner directly at the hotel. We have animals of old Norwegian breed. Old Norwegian späelsau is the type of sheep they already had in the Viking Age. The sheep is smaller than a normal white sheep, and eats more wild plants in the forest. The sheep here are very human friendly and you are most welcome to come in to greet them, they really appreciate your visit The kitchen at Yggdrasiltunet offers Norwegian homemade food that is produced on the farm, using ingredients from the surrounding market.
